• Google OAuth— for account authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Google.
• Modrinth API— for browsing and installing plugins. Plugin data is fetched from Modrinth's public API.
• Azure Blob Storage — for storing world backups securely in the cloud.
• Umami Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics tool. No personal data or cookies are used for tracking.

5. COOKIES

MCHosts uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function:

• Authentication tokens — to keep you signed in
• Session data — to maintain your dashboard state

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Server data (world files, backups, logs) is retained while your server exists. If you delete your server, world data and backups are permanently removed within 30 days. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and isolated server containers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
